Detailed Project Status

✅Changed the process from Canva based to Figma Pro based on the client's request. Initially agreed to do design on Canva and Figma, followed for a day, then switched to Figma Pro.
✅Video was planned to be hosted on Cloudflare Stream but was not used since the video was not provided.
✅Fully hosted on Cloudflare with blazingly fast speeds.
✅Website uses advanced development technologies like React, Supabase, Cloudflare Pages and Resend for email.
✅AI was used for initial prototyping, followed by manual precision work. (Gen AI cannot be relied upon across the entire development lifecycle due to hallucination)
✅Ver2 team were only requested to communicate changes, not expected to design anything on Figma. We adapted through different communication forms (email, Canva, Figma, WhatsApp). Figma was finally agreed to be the source of truth.
✅Initial commitment was for 5 pages. AI Assessment was NOT included in original scope. Charges for additional work were to be discussed, but we included it to deliver the best possible product.
✅We went steps further and created more pages to add value, though we learned that client expectations were different - focused on urgency of deployment rather than additional features.
✅Added extra hours of work, stayed beyond work hours as a team, developed AI assessment module with complete database storage, dynamic data visualization charts, and emailing features.
✅Added feature for resume submission with ability to attach resumes and get them emailed.
✅Agreed for ONE email form but developed THREE totally different ones.
✅Added features to dynamically generate PDF with interactive data visualizations and charts based on user input.
✅Added feature to view content using a dedicated backend.
✅Website achieves over 88% score on mobile and 100% performance score on Desktop, outperforming competitors. If SEO optimized, it would rank exceptionally well on Google.
✅Performance is NOT just because of Cloudflare hosting, but due to our specific optimizations.
✅Used state-of-the-art technology stack: Cloudflare, Supabase, Resend for email, GitHub, Gmail, React, Next.js. This is NOT a static HTML page but uses Cloudflare Workers, Pages, Server Side rendering and cutting-edge tech.
✅Implemented database backend with admin access.
✅All services implemented with zero upfront costs to client - only domain name requires annual renewal. Pro plans recommended for long-term use.
